Libraries Week

We are excited for the upcoming Libraries Week! Libraries
Week is organised by CILIP – The library and information association and is all about learning something new with the library.

Libraries Week will be taking place between 3rd October 2022 – 9th October 2022. We want to display how our libraries are inspiring learning for all and helping individuals to unlock and fulfil their potential at every stage of life.

The theme this year is all about libraries as a place for lifelong learning. Each library will have different groups taking place such
as their Digital Drop-ins and Tea & ICT sessions. There will be Reading Groups taking place at our different libraries, Poetry Groups happening at Bridgend Library and so much more!

Keep an eye on our social media platforms and our individual libraries Facebook pages to keep up-to-date with what they each got going on to celebrate Libraries Week.
